SCHEDULING
TrueHome updates the design and subcontractor teams in real-time with progress on submittals, deliveries and availability of crew for work on-site via a special communication software. Critical path scheduling, 4D BIM technology and regular two-week look-aheads are key to achieving scheduling goals. TrueHome oversees the day-to-day details of on-site operations as well as foresees any potential challenges to minimize inefficiencies.
